Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Contractor LP website at contractorlp.com(the “Site”) and any orders you place through it. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under applicable law to use the Site.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your password confidential, and for any activity that occurs under your account. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Orders
Submitting an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel any order, including for reasons of artwork suitability, inventory, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Prices and lead times shown on the Site are subject to change before an order is accepted.
4. Artwork & intellectual property
You represent that you own or are authorized to use any logos, designs, text, or other artwork you upload, and you grant Contractor LP a limited license to use that artwork solely to produce your order. You remain solely responsible for the content of your artwork. If we have a reasonable basis to believe an order infringes a third party’s rights, we may decline to produce it.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize the charge of the order total (including taxes, shipping, and applicable surcharges) to the payment method you provide. Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method.
6. Production, shipping, returns
Estimated turnarounds are estimates, not guarantees. Custom-printed items are produced to order and are non-returnable except for defects attributable to Contractor LP or the production printer. If your order arrives damaged or with a fulfillment error, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work with you on a remedy.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site to upload unlawful content, attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or security, or use automated means to scrape, mirror, or harvest data.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and any goods produced through it are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Contractor LP’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Site and (where you have an account) by email to the address on file.
